Appointments

If you plan to pay for treatment via a third party, there are steps each body requires you must take (ideally before your appointment) to avoid complications:

  • Workcover requires a claim to have been lodged, and a GP to have written a Work Capacity Certificate. You will receive a claim number once the case is pending
  • DVA requires a specific D904 referral from a GP, addressed to the correct clinic. In the case of white card holders, the specific approved condition being treated must be state

Due to these steps, it is preferable that you call us to book in these cases, so we can get the necessary details and reduce the likelihood of out-of-pocket expenses.

You DO NOT need a referral UNLESS you are claiming workcover, insurance etc.

CANCELLATION Policy – We require 4 hours notice if you are unable to make you appointment. This allows us to use the time to treat someone else who requires assistance. 50% of the booked consultation fee may be charged if you fail to comply with this.

HICAPS facilities available – claim on the day.

We take all major credit cards.

WE accept workcover, vet affairs and insurance patients.

Please note, workcover patients MUST be covered by a medical certificate at all times.

Veterans require a referral once per year.

Most insurance patients also require medical certification.

CAREPLAN (medicare) 5 visits allowed to qualifying patients who are referred by their GP.
