Knee pain
Idiopathic knee pain.that is knee pain that starts without a specific known cause or incident is quite common. There are a number of structures around the knee that can be adversely affected by poor biomechanics. Weakness, lack of mobility or poor patterning somewhere else can affect other areas of the body and the poor old knee seems to be a common recipient for these types of injuries. A few common examples would be patella femoral pain syndrome, ITB friction/compression, bursitis and fat pad imflammation.
We can indentify the cause that is in this case the biomechanical fault and teach you how to fix it with exercise. We will also have some techniques to alleviate your pain while we do this. These injuries if left, can take longer to resolve fully, or can recur if the cause is not dealt with properly.
